Hello All,

 This is Mike, the founder of DebateBusters.com.  I just wanted to take a moment and give you a little background on the origin of this website.  DebateBusters.com was created in an effort to seek validation (or maybe not) in debates with my wife (Kelly). I have been married to my beautiful wife since 2002 and we have endured the normal quirks of any relationship (like who is responsible for taking out the trash). We are both very opinionated people who think we are right most of the time, so you can understand how a third party’s opinion may be helpful. During our debates, I tend to use the phrase “I bet if you asked ten people…..9 out of 10 would say….” And Kelly likes to rebut saying, “well, you don’t know what other people would say, so why even say that?!” So here we are today with this new forum to allow us and others to see just who is the MOST right in different debates!

 I encourage you to post your own debates anonymously and as often as you like. Post what you are comfortable posting and let the DebateBusters.com community weigh in!  At the very least, have a little fun and participate in the voting portion of the debates.  Voting is also anonymous and see results immediately!
